Users are obliged to submit correct and full information about their vehicle. JodyFrost is not a party to any transaction between vehicle buyers and sellers that originates through this Website. At no time shall www.jodyfrost.com have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such transaction.

Information about any particular vehicle is supplied by the sellers and not by www.jodyfrost.com. Though, we expect all the sellers to provide authentic and accurate information, but www.jodyfrost.com in no way represents that this information is accurate. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller.

Before making any decision, the buyers should check & confirm the accuracy of such information provided, proper documentation, vehicle performance, etc. We are not responsible for, and do not guarantee the performance of, any such vehicles, goods or services listed or restricted on the website.

Also, soliciting business outside of the website, by indicating your contact details such as phone number, address or e-mail, in the vehicle listing or elsewhere on the site other than where explicitly asked while listing your vehicle, is prohibited and would be considered as a breach of the User agreement.

Used Vehicle - Money Back Guarantee

JodyFrost stands behind every buyer with money back guarantee. If your vehicle purchase does not happen due to any of the following reasons, the advance token amount paid to JodyFrost is fully refundable.

Vehicle condition significantly different from listing
Wrong model / year
Wrong state of registration
Documents not ok
Vehicle is no longer available with the seller

All you need to do is, send a mail to [email protected] within 1 week of paying the token amount, with the correct reason. Our backend team will process the payment reversal after due diligence.

Terms & Conditions of Money Back Guarantee

Minimum token amount of Rs 10,000 or 1% of listed selling price, whichever is higher.
You are requested to check the vehicle condition & necessary documents carefully before making final payment to the seller & before taking the vehicle delivery.
JodyFrost is in no way responsible for the condition of the vehicle, authenticity or validity of the documents and the payment made directly to the seller.
We do not accept any cash transaction or payment to any other bank account than mentioned below. In case of any critical case if so required, cash will be accepted only post mail approval from [email protected] email id only.

It is the responsibility of buyer and seller to follow all the rules and regulations prescribed by RTO for buying, selling, transferring ownership and registration of vehicles.
